Who is ready for Soccer Season '23?

We offer coed teams split by age.
Players must be age 4 by the start of the season. We practice at Harry G. Daniel Park at Iron Bridge (6600 White Pine Road) from 2:00-3:15 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sept. to Nov.
Every Player MUST wear shin guards for every practice/game day or they will not be allowed on the fields.
Cleats are required.
Every Player must bring a soccer ball with their name on it.
Every Player must bring water with their name on it.
All Players must check in at their assigned field. Every Player under age 13 must be signed out at their field by a parent at the end of each day. Players age 13 or older do not need to sign out and may (at their parents' discretion) sign out younger sibling players.
Players will be told that the goals do not belong to CHS and we will not tolerate goal hanging or messing with the nets.
We ask that players and family members not publicly post photos of any others without their explicit consent.

You may register one player per registration form. Please use additional forms to register additional players.
Registration fee is $40 per player and includes a snack on game days, as wells as and a T-shirt.
If a player has a yellow shirt CHS shirt and does not need to order a new one, you can deduct $5.00.
The registration fee is payable through PayPal or Venmo, and is due at the time of registration.
We do rely on volunteers to make this happen!
